Pricing FAQ
When is the commission taken?
When a session is completed. The venue's share is released to its payout account; nothing is charged for listings that are never booked.
What happens to fees when a booking is cancelled?
Refunds follow the space's cancellation policy. If the venue cancels, the coach is refunded in full. See the cancellation policy.
Who sets the hourly price?
The venue, for each space separately. Prices are shown as they will be charged, before any taxes.
