Plans change. This page explains what happens to your money when a booking is cancelled — by you or by the venue.
01How refunds are worked out
Every space uses one of the policies below, chosen by the venue. It is shown on the listing and again at checkout, so you know the terms before you pay.
Refunds are calculated from the time you cancel to the time the session starts, in the venue's timezone, and returned to the original payment method.
02The policies
FlexibleMost common
- Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start.
- 50% refund if you cancel later, up to 2 hours before the start.
- No refund after that.
Service fees are refunded along with the booking.
Moderate
- Full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the start.
- 50% refund if you cancel later, up to 24 hours before the start.
- No refund after that.
Service fees are not refunded.
Strict
- Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the start.
- 25% refund if you cancel later, up to 2 days before the start.
- No refund after that.
Service fees are not refunded.
Non-refundable
- No refund once the booking is confirmed.
Service fees are not refunded.
03When the venue cancels
If a venue cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, you receive a full refund, whatever the space's policy says.
04Rescheduling
Bookings cannot be moved to another time in the app yet. Message the venue first — they may agree to swap — otherwise cancel under the space's policy and book the new time.
05No-shows and late arrivals
A booking you do not turn up for is treated as used and is not refunded. Arriving late does not extend the booking — the next session may start right after yours.
06How to cancel
Open the booking from your bookings and choose Cancel. The refund you will receive is shown before you confirm. If something went wrong with a session itself, see refunds and disputes.
